Joely Fisher made her breakthrough as Paige Clark in the ABC comedy Ellen, and she soon appeared in the 1999 comedic picture Inspector Gadget. In 1996, Fisher married Christopher Duddy. Joely has a lot on her plate as a mother to Skylar Grace and True Harlow and stepsons Cameron and Colin. But the actress knew her heart could expand, which it did when she adopted Olivia Luna in September 2008. She considered adopting from Africa.

So, when she returned, she and her husband decided on a private, domestic adoption and filled all the papers. The couple miraculously received a call from their adoption agency two weeks later. An unwed young mother who had just given birth the day before wanted to speak with her. Joely and Christopher brought their new baby girl into their investment home just days after they finalized the adoption.
