Of all the words that could describe Michelle Pfeiffer, “mom” is probably the most perfect. After enjoying a very successful run as an actress back in the 90s, the actress decided to steer her life on a different path and become a mom. She fulfilled this dream by adopting her daughter, Claudia Rose, back in 1993. The actress was still single when she started the adoption process for Claudia and prepared to raise her all by herself.

However, while she was waiting for her lawyers and adoption authorities, she met her husband, David Kelley. The two decided to raise Claudia together and even christened her on their wedding day. The year after they had Claudia, the couple welcomed their son, John Henry Kelley II. The couple has been keeping their kids’ lives under wraps all these years but occasionally indulges fans with private photos of them at home.
