Oscar De La Renta | Moises

Colombian haute couture designer Oscar de la Renta made fashion his world. Beyond that, however, he was a father to his adopted son, Moises. The late fashion designer adopted Moises from the Dominican Republic in 1983. Like his father, Moises also developed a passion for fashion. Because of this, he also launched his clothing line back in 2005.

Unfortunately, the young designer failed to gain his dad’s support for his investment, which caused a rift in their relationship. Despite this, however, Moises continued honing and expanding his business. He is still active in the fashion industry today, although he did encounter some controversy when his father passed in 2014. The 37-year-old designer had signed with famous clothing brand Mango in the past and has continued to make strides. We don’t hear much about him today, but we’re sure he’s busy coming up with new ideas to further his fashion career.
