The Bel-Air property’s main residence which spreads in 9,169-square-foot in 1.37 acres features five beds and eight baths. Moreover, the new owner will purchase a home with offices, a garage, lagoon pool, and a detached guest house for his friends and family. Based on the pictures, the Mediterranean-style abode is also surrounded by trees which give more privacy.

Bob was born on September 5, 1929. He is an outstanding comedian and actor who became known for his chart-topping comedic album The Button-Down Mind of Bob Newhart, his acting credit in the long-running sitcom The Bob Newhart Show. Other notable works he lent his artistic skills for are The Librarians and The Big Bang Theory, where he earned his Primetime Emmy Award.
