Norman Lloyd | Born 1914
$3.2 Million – Old Ranch Road, Los Angeles

When he was still active in the business, Norman Lloyd decided he’d try out all aspects of the industry. He was a director, an actor, and a producer whose career spanned almost a century, with his career starting in 1923, when he was only nine years old. His many projects include Saboteur, Dead Poet’s Society, and The Age of Innocence. Despite his advanced age, he was actually well-loved by the current generation for playing Dr. Daniel Auschlander on the medical drama St. Elsewhere.

Lloyd peacefully joined his creator last May 11, 2021, in his Old Ranch Road home. The house’s fate is unclear at the moment, but the two-bedroom is a sight to behold. It has a total of 1,688 square feet, and if ever listed on the market, it would likely sell for $3.2 million. It’s not known whether he had a home security system installed, but considering the relatively secluded spot it is in, there is probably no need.
